BARBARA EBERHARDT was born in 1943 in Berlin, Germany in the middle of WWII. In 1954 her family immigrated to the Province of Quebec, Canada. The family returned to Germany in 1960, where she met her future husband. In 1965 she and her husband immigrated to the USA, where they settled in San Francisco, California. Barbara remembers fondly a year and a half when they travelled in a VW Camper all through West Africa.

She spent most of her adult life in San Francisco. What she remembers most of the late 70's was struggling to get pregnant, having 5 miscarriages; until 1983 when her son was born. In 1985 she divorced and moved with her young son back to Germany to take care of her parents who were in their upper 70's by that time. Barbara stayed in Germany until both parents passed, then returned to Northern California in 1995 where she raised her son, worked, and retired.

Barbara biography - her life's story - seems normal, and even mundane... but that is the surface, where ET houses the memories they let you remember!

Barbara owned a 5 acre property and had her house and every room within remodeled for old age. She was going to die there, it was her Home. Then in 2018/2019 her entire life changed - drastically. She was 75 years old when she discovered she had been in contact and taken by aliens all her life, and is still being taken to this day. Barbara will tell us about the revelation she had been working with ET in their hybrid program for over 7 decades; where her specialty is working with hybrid babies. A heartfelt story of wonderment and joy.

CAMILLE JAMES HARMAN, M.F.A, is an experiencer and actress originally from Louisiana. In December 1995, soon after moving to Los Angeles from New Orleans, she had her first UFO sighting and abduction experience in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. She suspects that the encounters began in childhood. She had hypnosis sessions with Barbara Lamb and Yvonne Smith that revealed experiences with greys, insectoids, MILABS and light beings of pure love. Harman worked with various healers to stop the abductions, and she believes she no longer has experiences.

Harman attended the 50th Anniversary of the Roswell crash in 1997 and traveled to England in the July 1998 to see the crop circles. She wrote for UFO magazine from 2000-2004 - an exciting job that allowed her to meet many legendary UFO researchers. She went public with her abductions, presenting at MUFON Orange County and appearing on several television shows.

She married astrologer Jeff Harman and had a son. They moved the family to Tucson, AZ for ten years, where her sightings and research continued. She presented at MUFON chapters in Tucson and Phoenix. Upon the family’s return to Los Angeles in 2016, Harman resumed her acting career. Her credits include the Oscar-winning film Vice, the Emmy Award-winning series Shameless, the Lifetime movie A Daughter’s Deceit, several music videos and award-winning short films. In 2022 she won three Best Actress Awards for the short film, Tigerlilly.

If all goes well with the world, in 2023 she will play an assistant district attorney in a new series about child trafficking called Vice Squad: L.A. Her current research interests include Tartaria, Catholicism, alternative geology, astro-theology, time travel and simulation theory.

DEBBIE JORDAN-KAUBLE was the central figure in Budd Hopkins’s New York Times best-seller, Intruders, the Incredible Visitations at Copley Woods and the 1992 CBS mini-series of the same name starring Richard Crenna and Mare Winningham. To protect her family she went by the pseudonym of “Kathy Davis”. In 1994 She wrote, along with her older sister, Kathy Mitchell, Abducted: The Story of the Intruders Continues.

In this book she was able to tell her story in the first person and her sister added her own strange experiences in support. After a lifetime of continued strange experiences she wrote her second book, Extraordinary Contact: Life Beyond Intruders, to share her journey with others who have been affected by the phenomena and to show them that not only can you have a ‘normal’ life despite these experiences, you can grow through them.

She is a wife, mother to 4 and grandmother to 8.  She lives in Kokomo, Indiana, is a retired automotive industry worker, a licensed cosmetologist, a member of M.E.N.S.A., The Author’s Guild and The American Red Cross.

She was an astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear” (noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity’s only signal from ET), is an amateur astronomer, and has taken flying lessons She was a correspondent for Popular Mechanics magazine. Her publications include books, and works in peer-reviewed scientific journals, magazines, and newspapers. Her photography has been shown on television and in magazines, books, and newspapers.

She served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy and a field investigator. She was a founding member of the Mid-Ohio Research Associates (MORA) and an editor for the Ohio UFO Notebook. Her UFO publications include articles in the MUFON UFO Journal, the International UFO Reporter, and FATE magazine. She was a keynote speaker at 2022 5th Symposium on UFOlogy and Exobiology International Symposium in Brazil; a featured speaker at the 2019 50th Anniversary International MUFON Symposium, and a featured speaker at the 22nd Annual UFO Festival in McMinnville, Oregon. She has done numerous podcasts such as Coast to Coast and Shirley MacLaine’s Independent Expression Radio. She has taken a scientific approach to UFO phenomena and published papers about UFO data in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) publications.

Scientists see UFOs & Unique Sightings by DIA Employee

The initial sighting was a close encounter, which took place inside a house, with an object having distinct behavior. The second sighting was a close encounter with two objects, involving one object with large windows, a strange man, strange lights inside the car, and a car chase that could have been fatal. It lasted around four hours and poltergeist activity occurred later. These sightings were unique because the two witnesses had the initial sighting together when very young, and the second one in their twenties. One witness was working for the DIA, as a GS-11 with a SCI clearance in an Air Order of Battle section, identifying aircraft from satellite photography.

Passionate about Innovation and the Future MICHALE VAILLANT is a consultant specializing in the investigation of Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena (AOP). He has worked for the last 15 years at GEIPAN, the French Group of Expertise and Information on Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena, a unit of the French National Space Center. Within this service, he participated in the launch of the world's first governmental website providing official testimonies on UAPs.

Over the following years, he worked with six scientists and created a unique software with the mission of aiding in the investigation and analysis of UAPs. This software tool incorporates a methodology to reduce subjectivity and psychological biases, helping investigators to better qualify and evaluate the information collected.

Passionate about understanding the nature of these phenomena, Michael always keeps this question in mind: "How can we advance our knowledge on this subject and help science?" To contribute to this question, he worked on the sidelines of GEIPAN with researchers on studies aimed at better understanding the nature and origin of UAPs. The groups' objective was to formulate hypotheses on the behavior of these phenomena by examining a large number of cases and the analysis of statistical data.

The data draws an ecological and "ecosystemic" vision, where the phenomenon appears correlated with environmental risks, going beyond the mere correlation with nuclear activities often cited. This is the first effective and objective mathematical measurement of such correlation factors, whether for nuclear power or polluted sites (https://arxiv.org/abs/1509.00571). He also worked on the waves of UFO sightings and proposed an interpretation of these within the framework of a spaced learning law, a power law of 2.

How to Gain Insight into the Nature and Origin of Unidentified Phenomena

Michael will present the research strategy that he carried out over the past 15 years in order to get a better understanding of Unexplained Aerospace Phenomena.
Using both spatial and temporal data, these analyses allowed new hypotheses to emerge about the nature of UAP. The most symbolic of them - and certainly the most debatable - is the possibility of an Extra-Terrestrial contact around 2035.

RICHARD D. LEWIS is an author, journalist, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. A graduate of the Defense Information School’s writing, broadcast, and public affairs programs, Richard joined the Air Force in 1987 and spent 10 years as a broadcast journalist stationed in Turkey, Utah, and Colorado. After his time serving in the Air Force, Richard worked in TV production in Salt Lake City, Utah and Los Angeles, California. Upon completion of Doreen Virtue’s Angel Therapy Practitioner Course in 2003, Richard became a certified spiritual counselor by the California Board of Hypnotherapy. He is also a communicant member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in good standing. He is an active member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Torrance, California, where he participates in special choir and assists in worship services. Richard D. Lewis, "The Paranormal Christian" is a lifelong UFO enthusiast. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and civilian employee of the U.S. Space Force. ROBERT MCGWIER, aka "Science Bob", is one of the world’s top researchers in the field of Artificial Intelligence and has been leading the way using computer technology to help detect UFOs/UAPs in the skies over the United States.

He received his BSEE Electrical Engineering and BS Applied Math from Auburn University, and his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University. McGwier worked at Sandia National Labs in Albuquerque starting in 1977 and was faculty Auburn University 1984-1986, Institute for Defense Analyses, Center for Communications Research from 1986-2011.

Currently, Bob is on faculty at Virginia Tech. He has been with them since 2011 as Professor and Chief Scientist of the Ted and Karyn Hume Center for National Security and Technology. LALA BRIGHT'S earliest paranormal recollection is of her finding her neighbor’s grave in a Baltimore cemetery with thousands of graves by hearing the deceased neighbor calling her. RON WESTRUM is Professor of Sociology at Eastern Michigan University, where he has taught for 50 years. With a bachelor’s degree in Social Relations from Harvard (Honors 1966) and a Ph.D in Sociology from the University of Chicago (1972), he has specialized in the sociology of science and technology. An expert in the sociology of organizational culture, he developed a widely used “Continuum” to describe information flow in organizations. He was also, for decades, involved with aviation safety, and attended some thirty conferences, including some funded by NATO and the United Nations. He has three books, on organizations and technology, including a book on the Sidewinder missile.

Dr. Westrum has been active in the study of anomalous events, including UFOs, sea-serpents, the history of meteorites, battered children and sexual abuse by priests. He is a former MUFON state director and sociology consultant, and has specialized in studying the reporting process for alien abductions. He was one of the founding members of the Society for Scientific Exploration, which encourages investigation of unusual events.

Reporting Abductions: Some Thoughts on Revealed and Hidden Events

Ron Westrum will discuss the reporting of abductions, in which he has been involved for some years. There are huge inconsistencies (e.g. between France and the USA) in what gets reported. Dr. Westrum points out how different "demand conditions" provide what are apparently huge differences in number of events per country. He then examines the issue of portals, brought to mind by Skinwalker Ranch, but actually there are probably large-scale portals as well. Dr. Westrum studied one of these, the Yakima Reservation in Washington state, and speculates about others, such as the San Luis Valley. What is going on?

STEPHEN BASSETT is a political activist, Disclosure advocate and the executive director of Paradigm Research Group (PRG) founded in 1996 to end a government-imposed embargo on the truth behind extraterrestrial related phenomena. He has spoken to audiences around the world about the implications of "Disclosure" - the formal confirmation by heads of state of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. VICTORIA WHITNEY, D.Sc., started with a distinguished career as an Environmental Scientist under the United States Navy, Department of Defense Special Programs and Projects. Today, Victoria is the Director of Omicron Research, Recovery, and Investigate Educational Research Center and has worked with Scholars, communities, and individual patrons around the globe for her entire career.

Actively Working with ET: This is Our New Future

Victoria's presentation will cover Omicron's current research which will include some very relevant personal experiences. Omicron is a group of serious researchers who have always worked behind the scenes because our research goes way beyond the normal contacts and musings. It was never about proof of life for us, that's a given.

There is a huge gap in the "UFOlogy" world between valid and credible investigative methodologies, data patterning and sequencing, analysis of correlation and actual value performances, with a ton of cultural baggage attached to it, hence its regarded as a pseudoscience rather than an excepted relevant science of value. We figured out a long time ago that this stigma would need to be changed in order to move this subject into relevancy.

We have created cultural environments and program platforms in which Species of different civilizations can interact and participate in the acculturation of them into our world and physical presence. This means it is imperative that we have a full understanding of their belief systems, cultures, politics, languages, etc., and how they see us, in order to actively work with them.

The government is doing the same thing (just not in a cooperative manner), we are approaching it with the understanding that they must be a willing-participant. Without this, a decade from now, we will still be asking the same questions. We can't afford to do this. My presentation will present our research and educate people on ET's five premises that virtually drive everything they do, including the intellectual and cognitive dissonance that is so prevalent. This is our new future.
